Yes, yoga has killed my stress. I would recommened using the light instructions for now and gradually do the harder ones. You do have to be dedicated.

I recently started Yoga and love the benefits of it..... I thought it would be a piece of cake but in reality its very very hard work although the benefits are amazing. Not only do you learn to have more control over your body and mind but its a great stress buster too. You can tone up virtually any part of your body and makes you become very flexible which as the ageing process takes a hold you will really benefit from.
I will stress though that to reap the benefits of such a excercise you must practise it regularly..... maybe a good place for you to start is to buy a book...... Yoga for Dummies is a great read and your learn a lot about the practise and the history of it etc.
You can get a copy at virtually any online book store and most high street retailers should have it in.... even try your local library.

Yoga is really good for health and keeps the mind calm and also
our soul and helps to maintain our brain clean and gives more
power of life. But it is not too easy. you have be concentrate.
at least twice a week.

yes,its amesome,here,s a trick i do when p.m.s.ing and craving choc.i eat a yoplait yogard,only 35 cals.in fat intake[the flavor you like,and then i squart hersey cold surup in it,the kind you make choc.milk with mix well!0 cals.in fat intake in surup!Its awesome,and it kills that choc. craving,it keeps me in shape!{when i have my week momments!Good Luck,hollywood
