Yes - ASAP. She was violated and if she doesn't say or do anything about it - it will happen again. What happened to her is a crime, does she want it to happen to someone else, does she want to live with this for the rest of her life? Whoever did it is a freak, perv, etc., If this is legit, she should seek help and if you are a true friend, you will stand by her side, all the way.

Yes!! If a person is assaulted they should report this to someone who can take the right actions to do something positive about it. They should do it a.s.a.p. Otherwise it will get harder to prove and questions will come up as too why it was reported so late. Good luck!! Hope everything works out for you or the other person of witch you are speaking!!

Ur question is unclear. Anywaz from wat i got 4m it, ur friend got sexually assaulted at work. right?
of course she should speak up against the pig. but u need to first understand that y is she keeping shut about all this. is she afraid about losing anything? like her job for instance? if this is the case, u shud make her understand that its better to work in some low earning job than to suffer each day.
if she complains and raises her voice, she can punish her assaulter. or else she'll lose her self respect one day. and eventually find out some reason to kill herself.
