There are really a lot of things that could cause your problems, but as someone else said, don't accept the answers here. It is dangerous to self diagnose. The best thing for you to do is to write down your symptoms (keep a diary if you are not able to visit the doctor right away) and go to see a doctor as soon as you can. Don't change anything about your diet until you talk to a doctor and have some tests done, you could make yourself more sick if you, for example, stop eating sugar suddenly. Possibilities range from low blood sugar to diabetes. No one can tell you without testing you first.

It is incredibly important that you don't wait for more answers and go to see your GP. You're blood sugar plummets to a dangerously low level which is why you feel better when you consume sugar. You could also be hypoglycemic or hyperglycemic but your doctor should be able to give you a full assessment of your condition.
DO NOT take an medication recommendations advised on the Internet until you've seen your doctor.

You have diabetes the doctor should prescribe you medication which will up your insulin levels, foods you should avoid and those you should eat.

You are probably eating too much sugary junk. Change your sugar to fruit and juice, eat carbohydrates for energy and try light exercise to get rid of the lethargy.

it's stress
you've given up a sensible slow-food diet in favor of instant gratification.
your body needs sustenance but you ought to be getting it from real food....meat and vegetables...not refined carbohydrate.
I get like that sometimes. I live on nothing but ice-cream for days on end and my body seems to like it but common sense takes over.
In your case, sleeping 13 hours is a sign of a hypoglycemic coma
