Anything is possible, but not everything is true to the character of God. God does what He wills, and he never wills anything that is evil or against his perfectly righteous nature. That is why He gave us the Bible, so that we may know Him and His Word.

Yes, this is true, but remember that as imperfect humans, we cannot help but be skeptical and unbelieving of certain things until we witness it. Look at the apostle Thomas, aka doubting Thomas, he became a devoted follower of Christ and a saint.
