Whether as a human He was able to speak Aramaic or Hebrew as a baby, I do not know, but I do know that as the Son of the Most High God, He had the entire host of angels at His command, and that the Spirit of God, who knows all things, was with Him even from the womb. So He knew the hearts of men, but whether he spoke in the words of the flesh as a baby, I do not know, but whether He did is inconsequential. He certaintly could have if He wished.

Jesus was limited to a lot of things that we are limited to due to the fact that He was born in human flesh.

no when He was born he was born as any other normal baby and grew up like any other child...it was only after he was baptized he started preaching.when he was born he only had the mind of a baby and not as God.but after he was baptized he was and is now forever He is God.
