Sorry to say that I am surprised to see the ignorance conveyed in some of the answers.
Hey listen, there is absolutely nothing to worry. See a doc; he will prescribe a birth control pill that will alter your cycle (or if you take the full course, it will maintain your cycle). This is how my wife gave me a wonderful wedding night !

2 things:
1) If it doesn't hurt too much, have sex. Beleive it or not, many of us men actually find it appealing to do a woman while she's having her 'red time'. It's also very wet inside and VERY VERY enjoyable. So smooth... I gotta stop imagining as I write....
2) Don't have sex. Sure he's gonna be a bit disgruntled as it's the wedding night but he SHOULD understand. If he doesn't, then he probably ain't the right man.
Either way you need to tell the groom BEFORE the wedding day so he knows what to expect.
Also depending on if your both superstitious or not, you might want to consider changing the date (if it's not too late) because one fo you could start thinking "start as you mean to go on?" and get worried that the rest of the marriage will be sexless. Sounds stupid, but sometimes people DO think like this.
Good luck

Depends on how far into the future this is set to happen. If it's a while away then you can take the pill & skip the placebo tabs to put it off a month. I always got my period on holidays before I started doing that. Also the depo provera shot stops the bleeding I think. Go ask your doc if you have time. Otherwise just use good protection & 2 pairs of undies & don't drink too much cos it makes you bleed more.

I would guess that you just have to make the best of it, especially if it is too late to change the wedding date, like if all the invitations have done been sent out, etc. Keep the Midol handy and take care of yourself as best you can.

Change your Period date. If you stop the pill early the month before you can adjust the timing of your period.
Or just go with, sex during your period can be great.

Time for your man to earn his red wings. Just use protection and maybe do it somewhere easy to clean up like in the shower. That will also add adventure and spice to the relationship. It is not a road block just a detour baby.

DON'T DO IT. This happened to me and I felt sick for days. Especially since she wanted some oral foreplay. Yuck! Just have him wait until after you are done. If he loves you enough to marry you, he can wait.

You could take half a course of birth control pills then stop, that will alter your timing.
