My coldsaw came up rather quick.. quicker than what they normally do, I rarely get them. This is the sorest i have had one. Except this time it has one big one, and two small ones next to it. I heard that putting milk on it will help it go away. Is there anything that will take away the pain and the itchyness?

take a slice of a lemon warm it up in the microwave and add a lil salt lay on it for about 10 min do this about 3 times a day and boom its gone good luck

You know the itchyness and burning can be treated by getting an over the counter medicine.Or an at home remedy can be acchieved by putting a bag of ice on the sore that will take away from the burning and itching and also helps numb the pain then get a tea bag and apply it to to cold sore.The tea has tannic acid in it.Use the tea bag when a cold sore stats to appear and yes they are contagious .but try that here is a link that could also help you.
