Their hydrate system is great for people who do not have coarse hair. I have had a few clients try this product and found that it is only a notch above some of the less exspensive brands on the market. If you have coarse hair, then don't buy into the hype, this product is not for you. For fine to medium curly hair, its a good product, but I would opt for a sample first before buying the full line.
