Obviouly didn't know it was the same person. Same w/ my white neighbor. Used to say hi when I was in, now that I'm not that ol b**** clutches her purse. I live in the same type a huse she live in! I own, she rents! Maybe Farakan was right. Same way they treated us in the Civil war, WWI, WWII. From the battle ground right back to the cotton field.

I would guess the same way my father felt when he came back from Viet-Nam and was called a "Baby killer"

Take your black outrage someplace else because it's not going to play here.

Miss, I don't like it.

I'm white and ex-Navy. You served, therefore you're my little sister (rather than Sista). Personally, I'd have a few choice words with the guy in Walmart in my best Chief Petty Officer instructor voice...

I'd merely cast an evil, pointed glare at your female neighbor... my Mother would smack me from the grave if I cursed out a female.

Can't say sorry for the whole white race, but... will say Welcome Home & Thank you for Your service.

there is to a lot censorship those days, you won't be able to assert what's authentic or the way you sense about some thing anymore without someone saying your a racist or it quite is offending to some human beings.that's getting to the point that you won't be able to assert some thing without someone whining about it.i do not realize why human beings locate particular television and radio shows offensive even as all they ought to do is replace the station, they don't seem made to visual demonstrate unit or pay interest in the journey that they don't favor to.i'm a real believer of"say whats on your options",i imagine that's their suitable to assert how they sense,or say what they favor.might want to'nt this be considered the freedom of speech??the position is the united statesgoing in case you could not provide your opinion on a topic any further without being said as a acceptance,or entering into difficulty?? i will say it again,in case you don't like it,turn the channel-the alternative is your's.you would possibly want to no longer accept as true with me and that is okay, yet i detect it discriminatory even as i visit't say what's on my options,it quite is censorship, and that i detect that incorrect.I do in simple terms not like a particular crew of people telling me that what I say is unaceptable in simple terms because they dissagree with me.Abudy,Abudy,Abudy---that's all individuals!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, that is one of the reasons that they call this the service, because you truly have to be dedicated to selfless service to be in it. I heard some disparaging comments about Shoshana Johnson from guys in my unit about her getting more attention because she was black and it really bothered me. I hope that the old white dude's comments made you angry enough to mention something to the store manager, that kind of thing really bothers me.

That said, Farrakhan is not right. Remember those of us in the Service are green first, then the rest. Our diversity makes us strong, but our unity makes us the effective fighting force we are today. No military can go toe to toe with the volunteer force we have assembled, and that is why they resort to killing civilians instead.

Keep your head up, remain proud, and don't ever let them get you down.

Well, I'm sad that you were called names. and i have to say that i was in the Army before the war and i have a freind who is black and is in the Air Force and would disagree with your line of talk. We live in a country that spilled over a million peoples blood to set us free. Cant find another place in the world like that.

Well, don't take it personal, because, of all the useless and worthless things in this world, idiots are always in abundance everywhere.

Hey, I'm a white and I get that too sometimes. But then again, I'm color blind when it comes down to that. I don't give a damn if you are white, black, green, or red. If you went out to serve our country, I'm always damn proud of you.

Chill out, and have a cool orange juice. Remember, there will always be someone who is thankful of what you did.

This country should died for our freedom, instead of us dieing for them, we did our time.

Hundreds of years of Lynching, rape, murders and oppression. And what do America have to say about this crime, "get over it". I will not die in vain for such foolishness. If they are big and bad enought to continue to committ crimes with other nations unjustified. Then sooner or latter the will reap what they have sowed.

Like Dr. King said: and it seems that I can hear God saying to America: “You are too arrogant! If you don't change your ways, I will rise up and break the backbone of your power, and I will place it in the hands of a nation that doesn't even know my name. Be still and know that I am God."

You know that's not going to change. We have attained legal rights not equal treatment. What about the majority of the news reports that show the caucasion soldiers being killed but not the African American ones. If a person was going by those news reports they would think ONLY caucasions were fighting and dying over there. Occasionally there will be one or two brothers who have died mentioned. Times have changed but not people. Fake is as fake does. Maintain your dignity and remember who you are and to h*** with what ignorant white folks think.

People who make racist remarks to normal hard working fellow citizens suck, no matter if they are white, black or whatever.

Making racist remarks to a person you don't know anything of is even more stupid, such people don't deserve to be seen as representatives of their race.

I'd imagine in the military there are going to be a lot of assholes that will talk sh*t.... you can't get upset because of stupid old men, you have to keep in mind, things were different when they were growning up. (segregation, etc.) Just brush it off, you can't hold an M-16 and get mad easily :)
