yes... some are really really sensitive there...trust me i've slept with 100s of guys. doesnt work for all of em...
everyones different - some have sentiive nipples, some have sentivie balls, etc... some have sensitive necks, ears, etc...

Some do some dont generally they like to be in control of what happens.But not always if they are a bit tired the more you do will keep them happy .if they fall asleep you have a problem.
