Hep B is one of the worst. Very contagious. Fatality wise - I have no idea. If he's going to work in the food service industry, he WILL be examined and I seriously doubt if he'll be hired. Your friend may be nice and all, but his disease is the type to where 2 or 3 condoms still isn't enough.

hv healthy diet
medical exams wont bother him
