well trust me most depends on what you eat..
Spinach and leafy vegetables help a lot..
Also avoid oiling up your hairs as it keeps the pores blocked and restrict hair to breathe..
Go for a Vitamin based hair treatment at extreme cases ..
Vitamin E is helpful..

Take silica, also known as horsetail extract. This makes the keratin that will boost your hair growth. Besides that you can stimulate hair growth by drinking lots of water and cutiing down on salt and alcohol as hair growth is said to be ruled by the kidneys, I tried this and it did seem to speed it up.I read it in gillian mckeiths book.

also use extra virgin olive oil to help condition your hair.... shampoo and condition and then leave the olive oil in for 15 min and then rinse with lukewarm water....must be extra virgin and must be rinsed out....will make your hair softer and shinier

You can try bee picked bee pollen but whether it actually get upthere is another problem. If you can absorb well, it should work.
