oh Yeah! It is the worst thing and the first thing that happens when you hook up with someone. Set your boundaries early on and stick to them.
Some are able to comprise and except. but some will not even go there. Time to make some serious decisions.

YES... it does make me feel trapped... :-( i barely socialise anymore like i used to...
But it depends entirely on your partner and what boundries you have put upon one another.. i mean i doubt it you could go to bars with a group of friends and start giving your number out to guys, thats totally wrong, however if your partner trusts you then he will not mind you going to bars.. its all about trust and communication really!
Some couples dont let their partners do anything without them, so they feel trapped and that they cant breathe, therefore i feel that an individual should be able to have a social life without their partner intervening!

Key word here is 'a'; it's having several that doesn't restrict your social life!

If you are not ready to 'settle' on someONE, you should not pretend that you are and you should not have a serious boy / girl friend, until you are!

No for me I do tell my bf if im going out somewhere so he would know where I am. In case any thing happens he sometimes tell me don’t do this or don’t go there but I tell him this is my life I can do what ever I want I’m not saying that ur not allowed to tell me what u THINK but u can not control what I want.
But if he gives me a good reason to do or not to do this or that then I will do it

well, yeah. it's a big factor, i guess. the commitment with each other makes you not available to other people already. however, you can still socialize ,though but only limited. you know what i mean? just with familiar friends and co-workers. couldn't hook up on bars, meeting new folks. it will not be necessary.

it depends. if you guys trust eachother well enough then you guys wouldn`t really have a problem. but if they always restrict you from your social life, friends, and question you over everything. then you guys have got a problem. just remember, a relationship is based on trust. w/o that trust, it`s nothing. good luck ! =]
