Falcons do, well they have one tooth, this is called the "tomiel tooth" This is a notch in the beak that looks a bit like a fang. it is used by the falcon to dispatch it's prey.
All birds have a "tooth to begin with, this is called the Egg tooth, it is used to assist the chick in breaking out of the egg, it is a small bump on the tip of the beak. This falls off between a day to a week or so after hatching, depending on the species.

Millions of years ago the ancestors of modern birds did have teeth like that of lizards(archeopteryx, reptile w/ feathers?) But as birds evolved over millions of years they gradually replaced teeth in favor of bony beaks to save weight so they can fly better. Many birds adapted their beaks to suit their diets. Some birds of prey like hawks and eagles have big hooked beak that work like meat cleavers. In contrast hummingbirds have long elongated thin beaks to suck nectar from inside flowers.

they have no teeth or jaw because they are too heavy and would weigh them down. The have evolved a lightweight bill instead so that they could fly more easily.
