How would your hospital manage a patient's diet after appendiceal abscess? The patient is recovering without surgery, and it has been a week now. Should he be allowed normal diet or continue with liquid diet - porridge etc. - for two months ?

well app abcess without surgery is not very common, but the standard for all illness is advance diet as tolerated by the victim (um patient.)

No special diet. Normal diet is good enough.
