Excercise will help. Unfortutunatly, fat comes off the body evenly when you secercise, like snow melting, it all melts at the same rate, but the areas that had the most snow will take the longest to completely melt. So in order to reduce your hips you'll need to do some cardio that gets your heart rate up at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes

To reduce size of hips, you need to raise calorie expenses and reduce their consumption. Exercises for wide waist will be good here too. And lunges back and to the right/left will help you making muscles of hips and buttocks stronger. Alternate lunges back (changing legs) with lunges to the left-right. Hold 2,5 kg dumb-bells in your hands. Swings forward, back and left-right (with empty hands, without dumb-bells) is rather effective exercise. It is enough to do it 3 times per week. When load seems not sufficient already, increase quantity of repetitions or replace dumb-bells by heavier ones. You should see first results in 1-2 months.

you are able to not spot shrink on only your hips and to drop some pounds throughout will make you too skinny on your top physique. there is not something incorrect with being a pear shape? in the experience that your hips have been smaller than you would be extra on the instant up and down and in my opinion I want some curves.

why u want to reduce ur hips size? i think its ur assets to have a big butts. men love big butts. but u can give them a shape by skipping jogging swimming or walk for atleast 2 hours

it depends. Can you feel thhe bone? if so, then nothing because it is just your structure. If not, then try to stay away from fizzy drinks, junk food and exercise daily. Don't try any crazy crash diets, they may make you lose weight but when you stop them they make you gain weight like crazy.
