Doctors are of the opinion that an apple eaten in the morning is like gold, in the afternoon its like silver and in the night its like iron.

Which means, the more the benefit of an apple, the more early in the day it is eaten !!! Avoid after-dinner apple at any cost !!

its a genuinely great habit that everyone on this over-obese world should be doing.
the soluble fiber in apples will fill you up. and theyre relatively low in calories too -
i dont understand why you think this is bad...
