I have had problems with getting a degree from high school, but I would want to study in college, but I most likely won't graduate from high school, so do I have to graduate from high school just to get into college?

No you don't, but it depends on the school. John Hopkins has a program where they accept 7th graders who score above 1400 on their SATs. I did not have enough credits to graduate from high school, but the University of Pennsylvania accepted me with some endorsements from my guidance counselor and copies of some of some IQ tests, my highschool ended up giving me my diploma anyway, but that decision was made after my acceptance into UPenn, and at the time of my acceptance there was no possibility of me having enough credits to graduate. You just have to show that you have the academic capability to complete school.
