Businesses could be exempted from taxes, not employees, or even the owner if he is drawing a salary.

The employee is making income, just like if they worked for an employer who was not tax exempt. There is no reason for them to get out of paying taxes.

The employer is tax-exempt because the law allows them to be, because of their purpose.

if your employer is tax exempt that means they are a non profit organization and when employees work there they pay their personal taxes. the employer does pay their share of unemployment insurance, and social security taxes for the employee...they also pay for worksman comp insurance for the employees

The employees need to pay taxes too because without taxes sending to the government there wouldn't be building.There wouldn't be road.It would be just a cover ground with not plant well maybe some.Or no food.
