I think men just want submissive, subserviant, totaly dependent wonen. And can't that from educated, independent woman that know thier human rights.

Most of them are nice to u cause they want a free ticket to the states and BX,PX,NAVYEX, ect.Then they get w/ thier girls in CA and devorce u and take half, not bad 4 third world girl.

Even though I met my Korean wife in college in the states, everyone thinks she is a "juicy girl" that I picked up in some bar. Having been a NEO officer and having to meet all the wives in my old Brigade, I can tell you that out of the 119 wives, only 6 were bar girls. The truth is that we like those who like us back, and you can tell when someone likes you without having to speak their language well. I personally would never have married a woman that I couldn't talk to (I speak Korean fluently), but I can see how some guys could.

This is a very good question. Soldiers marry the locals, because they are opposite, and there is something attractive about the opposite. Looks, thinking, dress, culture, language. These soldiers get used to the same thing in America, despite its diversity, therefore they seek something with a different "flavor", if you know what I mean.

If the girl is attractive and from a 3rd world country, then the guy has two things going for him. She is attractive, and she has experienced hardships that american women, for the most part, have not. They are more appreciative of kindness shown towards them and less demanding.
