Hey, why not!! It's YOUR WEDDING and you should feel the joy in preparing and arranging your own wedding. No one can tell you you can't use balloon decors for weddings.
Once I knew a group of people who insisted THEY wore BLACK and GOTHIC for the under-the-sea wedding. It was a happy wedding party on the boat.
I think it's qoool you're having fresh wedding ideas!
