It has a few meanings.
Breasts (only really called bust though not busts)
To be caught out (busted)
To break something (it is busted)

It probably means breasts but it has a couple other uses too. It can refer to breaking out of prison, someone making cracks at your expense or breaking something.

they are ladies' breasts as far as i know or it's a drug bust-when police lock down a drug operation. it's only my opinion
