AVG Free antivirus altho u can pay to upgrade to a pro version the free one works great also it doesnt slow down ur system like Norton also there's HijackThis! but i dont recommend using it unless ur a very experienced computer user and u kno wa ur doing. some good spyware programs are ad-aware SE and spybot search and destroy last but not least theres ZoneAlarm wich is a free firewall program get 'em all by searching on download.com
