depending on what you are grilling if it is shrimp or scallops i would put it on skewers.makes it easier to handle..if it is a fish i would do it directly on the grill with the seasoning or marinate of your choice....i hope this is what you meant by seafood....i wasnt sure as you were not to clear...hope this helps or answers your question
