OK, first of all, Aquila's answer is not an answer, just a blasphemic thought which (s)he'll have to give account to God. So please don't rely upon it.
1. Satan rules the world:
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: (Eph 2:2)
This rule is what Christians are free from - praise God! You should read all Ephesians, especially the first three chapters, it deals a lot with this topic (emphatizing Christ's work).
2. Jesus will come back, not Satan (Satan's coming back has no reason as he never left:):
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
Rev 1:17-18
And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
Mar 14:62
This is the second coming. God started history, and he'll continue it finishing it on Earth, but eternally continuing it in Heaven for those who believe in Him and come back to Him, the Creator. His word is the last. If you read Revelations, you can see a bit more of it: Jesus coming back, ruining all Satan's work. That's a cool and glorious truth. I hope my answer helped you. May God bless you and give you the Spirit of revelation (Ephesians 1:17-18)

According to God’s Word, the overriding barrier to any of man’s efforts to bring about a truly fair world is Satan the Devil. The apostle John tells us that “the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.” (1 John 5:19) Right now, in fact, Satan is “misleading the entire inhabited earth.” (Revelation 12:9)
Until God’s appointed time, we need to “endure under tribulation” and “persevere in prayer,” confident that Jehovah cares for us. (Romans 12:12) We should not give in to the thought that we are unloved by God.
Mankind’s religions are a maze of conflicting teachings. Morals have fallen to an all-time low. Human governments have tried every conceivable form of rule. They sign treaties and adopt laws, but the needs of the common people are still unfulfilled. Wars add misery on misery.
Happily, the time is now near when Satan and his cohorts will be no more! “The world [including its demon rulers] is passing away,” the Bible assures, “but he that does the will of God remains forever.” (1 John 2:17) Psalm 37:9-11, 29; 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:3, 4.

I really believe this is Satan's world, just look around you. BUT....God will come take his world back. The 2nd coming is not of Satan but of Jesus. Satan of course will have a child, the anti-Christ who will proclaim to be the Messiah. And yes I do believe if one follows Satan they will go to hell.

The creator is a demented psychopath who claimed to be the only god. Well he’s not all bad just exceedingly incompetent and ignorant. And yes all who worship that flawed god are going to hell (back to earth for another portion of suffering).
