Drink lots and lots of water will flush your system out. Hemorrhoid cream is the best thing for reducing puffy eyes....Buy a gel one and keep it in the fridge. Great stuff

I heard that cucumber slices help cut back puffiness on the eyes, yet i don't understand with reference to something of the face. i could examine with your document on that, I had a puffy face and it became by way of hypothyroidism. in case you think of that it is by way of tiredness or hypersensitive reactions, get some extra sleep, maybe around 7-8 hourse or extra or much less based. As for the hypersensitive reactions....attempt an antihistamine :) wish I helped, and good success! :)

Try cold cucumber slices as cliche as it sounds. If your eyes are puffy with circles underneath them you could also use some Preparation H.
