Use stainless steel it holds the heat better, and the aftercare would be treat it as you would any other burn.

Go to a scarification artist.
Aftercare:
irritate the wound as much as possible to encourage keloids. Many different methods including:
toothbrush + lemon juice
vinegar
hydrogen peroxide
bandaging tightly then ripping it off (pulling the scab with it)

just keep it clean and angry.
