When I meet we chat socialy but when I try to tel her my intetions she dashes away,I'm astonished what to do to express my feelings to her.

Sounds like she is too caught up in herself - or shy. I would step back for now and leave it up to her - I am sure she has some idea by now and this wouldn't be how any friend would act - you don't want a friend that does not even listen to you - friends listen to each other and care about each others' feelings and this person sounds kind of selfish - not considerate to you - you deserve more.

Good luck dude or duda(fem.)for dude. Now take this time out to figure out if you want her for more than an acquaintance an if she is worth the hassle.

Let it go man, she is obviously not interested, you are just looking to get your self hurt. it is better if you cut your losses now.(leykis101 has some good pointers on this)

sounds like you are coming on way to strong- chill out and back off= sounds like you need to look elsewhere=don't sound so needy- the right one will come along- be patient= D

i am unsure if you want to be friends or FRIENDS with this person. if you are saying that you like them romantically and you aren't sure how to approach the subject then just be honest. ask her out for a little date.....

ask her for a date...there is a vague statistics that if u keep on asking a girl on a date eventually she does go with u its like in FRIENDS monica marries chandler at the end so hope dies last

well obviously she don't like you that way so you should respect that and don't push the matter any further or you will just drive her further away.
