if you like 2 men how do you tell one of them to move on?

I am wanting real answers cause i have feelings for both of these men and i dont want to hurt either one, even though i know one will be hurt. help

sometimes, someone will be hurt in relationship problems.......so, u'll better tell the man calmly n' politely that thanks for your attention n' kindness towards me but unfortunately i can't continue this love......i'm very sorry....hope u'll understand........perhaps a better girl will enter your life later.....i'm sure u two will have a great time together.......i'll pray for u.........thank you so much n' goodbye........

You can't avoid hurting whichever one you dump. But what would really hurt them, is to keep them hanging around you, when they should be out looking for someone new.

Don't say you're dumping him because there's something wrong with him, i.e. don't be critical. Don't mention the other guy. Just tell him that though you're very fond of him, you're not in love with him. You don't have that special feeling that says you want to spend the rest of your life with him, so you have to move on.

just tell him how you feel.. and how you dont think things will work out etc. ive done it a couple times but the only way for them to get the point is to just flat out tell them, yeah they will get hurt but they move on eventually.
