Sodomy is illegal in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Kansas (same-sex only), Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri (same-sex only), North Carolina, Oklahoma (same-sex only), South Carolina, Texas (same-sex only), Utah, and Virginia. They probably don't really care about those laws, anyway. If people actually got arrested for that, everyone would have a hidden camera in their bedroom.
Personally, I think that if the act in question is private, consensual, and legal, I say the government should just stay the hell out of the bedroom.

No it is not illegal (well at least they won't actually arrest you for it). In some states there are some ancient laws from the 1800s still officially in affect but don't worry no one is going to arrest you if you decide to go in the back door one night.
Also, give it a shot but use a lot of lube and go SLOWLY. You will love it and she will most likely enjoy it too (again, LUBE). And no you are NOT gay for porked a girl in the back side. You are only gay if you do something sexual with someone of the same sex and enjoy it.

Raping is illegal... Any forced sex is illegal..
But if you want to do it with a partner use alot of Lube and a condom because anal sex has more risk of Urinary Tract Infection, AIDs, STDs...

it is in maximum states as its the two seen sodomy or crimes against nature. Its in simple terms hardly if ever enforced. I mean its not purely like the police have a anal intercourse patrol or do butthole prints in the adventure that your arrested.
