You are not going to believe this, but the answer is when you do not feel the need to have one. If you have to have a boyfriend you may end up accepting some one who is not worthy of you.This is not a race the first one to get pregnant does not win.You have the rest of your life, take your time check out the guys, talk to girls who were dumped, used, abused,two timed. and get to know what to look for, Find some one who respects you , is responsible for his actions, caring,well thought of, When you have all this information then you can start looking
