Sometimes when I'm really hungry and I drink a latte coffee (or just half a cup of regular coffee) sometime before I have to eat lunch - I find I'm less hungrier and eat less. Maybe the coffee works as an appeitite suppressant? But I say this too - drinking only coffee is no answer to losing weight. You must eat a balanced diet and exercise. No pills or magis formula can help. Taking any pill that suppresses hunger is just asking for trouble. You'd like your body to be healthy for atleast another 40 years right? (Assuming you are 20 years now.) Why abuse it and take unnatural steps to lose some weight? Is it worth treating your body like that? Just don't lose hope - you will succeed. Cheerio!

you need to eat more often. And never starve yourself. When you starve yourself your body thinks it is in a famine and it holds on to every calorie and fat cell that it can to maintain life. Eat more often and your body metabilosim will be more efficent.
Eating is not just about pleasure or feeling full. It is about feeding your body . It is about vitimes and energy. It is about living and not dying. It is about keeping your body healthy and being the best you.
Eat four meals a day around three hundred or more calories. Then eat every two hours no more than 100 caloried. Healthy and balanced food. Vegtables and fruit. Lots of water. Healthy protien. Eat five almonds not five hundred in one sitting. Look at portions on the labels of food.
Excerise at least three times a week.
Don't ever diet.....just have a life style change.
I used to be a diet and exercise consultant.

It's hard!! I know exactly how you're feeling right now. If you drink plenty of water, that will help you. You can also try supplements that make you completely forget about your hunger. This works for me...Look at yourself in the mirror and imagine how good you're gonna look once you lose all the excess weight. You gotta keep on doing it, or you'll give in to cravings for food! You're not alone! I feel your pain. You CAN get through this though!!! Trust me!!! If you need help finding the right supplement for you, you can go to a GNC store, or health store (in my area, I have Naturway) and they'll be happy to help you find supplements to help you! Using those and drinking plenty of water is a great start to achieving your weight loss goals!! Good luck!!

There are three things that you can do,
First eat smaller portions. Having 6 small portions in a day is much better than having 3 humongous portions.
Second, make sure you eat enough fruits and fresh veggies when you are hungry. Oranges, cucumbers, carrots etc. are low on calories and high on fiber and will satiate your hunger. Much better than breads, cakes, etc. which do not satisfy hunger but are high on calories.
Have more liquids and more frequently.
Finally, keep a tab on your calorie requirement and make sure you do not exceed this.
Hope this helps.

I'm always hungry too...just make sure you snack on the right things, you can follow a diet and eat as much raw vegies as you want and up to 5 pcs of fruit a day and you will still loose weight, in fact if you graze all day on raw veg it will speed up your Metabolism. Cut up pcs of celery and carrot...don't say yuck!.. just do it instead of eating too many carbs. Dip them in salsa for a bit of flavor suprisingly I enjoyed some raw boroccoli diped in a bit of salsa too.

I use an appetite suppresant called reductil. I find it extremely useful the "hunger pangs" feeling goes away immediately, and i feel full after a couple bites when eating.
As always, consult your doctor before taking any medication.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies, they have so few calories that you don't have to worry.I also eat small meals every 2-3 hours so I don't allow myself to get hungry and binge eat later on.

If you're always hungry, you probably aren't eating enough. I suggest you eat more. You can eat fruit or veggies or something when you're hungry. Don't starve yourself.
