I had a huge cush on this guy about 6months ago and chased him for about 3, then we finally went to the movies where he told me that he Didn't waant to pursue things any further with me for the time being as he had other things going on at that stage, I gave him the break he wanted and saw him the other day, where he told me what the problem was (and I totally understand now why he didnt want to take things further then, now) but he said is is now ready to move forward and told me he was really interested in me and that he made a mistake, Why do i feel not as excited as i should have or would of a few months ago???

You need something more spontaneous, right out of the basic instinct.
The affair with this guy was rather mechanical, lopsided, and disappointing to begin with. He came around on a second thought. That killed the magic!
You should not blame yourself.

After this guy disrespected you months back, didn't you feel betrayed, just a little? Some of those feelings are prolly still around, and for a reason.
You initially put some effort into this relationship at first and he didn't even consider that cause he had other things going. Now, he's found some time for you, big whoop.

You moved on in your head. You changed and it is prefectly fine if you don't pursue him. find someone else who responds the first foot of the race. Not at the end.
If you don't feel the pull don't take the stick.

Hmm... maybe because he cut it off with you? I mean, if he "broke up " with you or told you he wasn't interested, that's enough to make anyone lose interest. You're not suppose to pine for some guy that said that he doesn't want to date you anymore.... now he changed his mind, and now you wonder why you aren't excited? There's no mystery to it... he rejected you before.. nobody likes to be rejected... and we're not suppose to wait around for people to make up their minds. That's a turn off.

Because you are #2. No one likes to be #2. I know, I have been there. Even if they still love you and want to be with you, knowing that they chose someone else instead of you is really tough to get over.
