Again - Genesis. Abram makes his wife lie for him, by telling the Egyptians that she is his sister. But at least it was half-true, since she was his half-sister. Such incestuous marriages are condemned elsewhere in the Bible, but god makes an exception for Abram and Sarai. (See Gen.17:15-16 where God blesses their marriage.) 12:13 Sarai is the first of a long line of barren women who were desperate for children. (In the Bible, it is the women who are barren, never the men.) She sends Abram into her handmaid, Hagar, so that she can "obtain children by her." Abram gladly complies. 16:1-4 "And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite ... and he took her, and went in unto her. And she conceived, and bare a son; and she called his name Er. And she conceived again [I guess Judah must have went in unto her again] and bare a son; and she called hi name Onan." (It seems that the probability of having a biblical daughter is considerably less than 50%.) 38:2-4

And Leviticus - Only unblemished males are to be killed and offered to God. Females don't even make good burnt offerings. 1:3, 10 Women are dirty and sinful after childbirth, so here are rituals for their purification. If a boy is born, the mother is unclean for 7 days and must be purified for 33 days; but if a girl is born, the mother is unclean for 14 days and be purified for 66 days. This is because, in the eyes of God, girls are twice as dirty as boys. 12:1-5 And Numbers - Miriam and Aaron (Moses' siblings) criticize Moses for marrying an Ethiopian woman and thus breaking the law of God. But God makes it clear that his rules don't apply to his favorites, and he strikes Miriam with leprosy. Notice that only Miriam is punished, though both she and Aaron complained. 12:1, 9-10 If a man dies and has no son, then his inheritance goes to his daughter. But if he has a son, the daughter gets nothing. Also no mention is made of wives, sisters, or aunts. 27:8 How can women be Christians??

I just don't think the bible is unfair to women. The passages you quoted were all historical passages. The bible is going to record history as it happened. If the culture that it happens to be dealing with in a certain passage is a patriarchal society(as every society in ancient times was) then most of its customs are going to favor men. The bible is just reporting the story as it happened. It's not saying everything that happened was morally right.
This is what the bible says about women:

Ecclesiastes 9:9--Live joyfully with the wife WHOM THOU LOVEST all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity: for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labour which thou takest under the sun.

Colossians 3:19--Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.

Ephesians 5:25-- Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her,

Ephesians 5:28--Even so husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself.

Ephesians 5:31--For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.

Ephesians 5:33-- However, let each man of you love his wife as his very own self

Passages like that were a revolution in the ancient world. Women had less real value than a good horse. Wives were for cleaning house, having babies, raising your kids and for a little sexual pleasure(although in the ancient world many had a mistress for that). But no religion actually commanded you to love your wife. That was a new thing in the ancient world. These commands to love your wife were revolutionary ideas in the ancient world.

Daughters are rarely mentioned in the bible, they simple did not matter, were considered less than men, almost chattel.
things did not change much in the middle east, if you ask an Arab, especially someone with a conservative background, how many children he has, the answer will be something like "4 children and 5 daughters" children that count are boys.

The west if some distance too liberal even as the east is way too strict. The biblical sort is the perfect. Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your different halves, on a similar time as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; Eph 5:26 That he might want to sanctify and cleanse it with the bathing of water through the note, Eph 5:27 That he might want to present day it to himself a excellent church, no longer having spot, or wrinkle, or the style of challenge; yet that it might want to be holy and without blemish. Eph 5:28 So ought adult males to love their different halves as their own bodies. He that loveth his spouse loveth himself. Eph 5:29 For no guy ever yet hated his own flesh; yet nourisheth and cherisheth it, on a similar time because the Lord the church: Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. Eph 5:31 For this reason shall a guy leave his moms and dads, and could be joined unto his spouse, and they 2 will be one flesh. Eph 5:32 that is an exceedingly good secret: yet I communicate on the concern of Christ and the church. Eph 5:33 though enable each and every individual of you especially so love his spouse on a similar time as himself; and the spouse [see] that she reverence [her] husband.

Are we to judge God? Surely God loves women, who He created, more than we can even imagine. As it is written, therefore, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."
