I have a boat dance coming up and need help with finding a matching hairstyle with my dress!?

My dress is a black halter, knee length and A-line. My hair is long and straight, but I want to go wavy/curly. Any suggestions? Pictures would definately help! Thanks!

Wear your hair in a grecian goddess type look. Big messy curls and most up with some down. Very messy though ...key!

For a halter top you have to wear it up - this way you show off the top. And if you get your hair done curly or wavy, it can frizz up due to the water. So it would be better up, you have more control over it.
