"Alright I know this may sound kind of weird.. but I really like you and would love to take you out to dinner or movie sometime soon... so what do you say?

If she says no
"Ok that's fine" and then i would start a conversation

If she says yes I would ask her for her msn/ phone number then continue with the conversation like nothing happened.

Sounds cool to me. Not over the top-not too pushy and gives her room to move / pick the pace...

I'd take out the "Alright I know this may sound kind of weird...but I really like you and" and just ask:

"I'd love to take you out to dinner or movie sometime soon..so what do you say?"

I think the I really like you part sounds just a little mushy. Hehe!

Go for it dude

Just consider doing away with the "kinda wierd" starter... give her the sense you've got conviction and confidence in this.

You've got the casual part nailed just right, no need to make it a pressure cooker for her.

If she says yes, you might wanna show a tad more enthusiasm, dun play it too cool

Good luck!

very good only thing i'd leave out is the part where you said this may sound weird leave that part out. but the rest was good. even the back up you have if she says no continue talking to her .

and if yes act cool and continue on like you said

sounds nice....but could be more blunt and casual..like saying...hey..would you like to go out for dinner/coffee sometime. I'm sure she has some inclination that you exist...so your attraction to her may be evident. sometimes stating your feelings up front freak some folks out. play it safe...dinner or coffee is just that

Not nearly original enough. Besides, it's the type of question that allows to her answer "no" without any explanation.

Change the word "weird" to "forward" and it's a wrap.
