ok i have a crush on this guy from work ...i was going to tell him today how i felt but he ended up quiting weird huh ...anywho i tried talkin to him on myspace and asking for his number tho in all he never got to it ....like he read the message tho didnt reply ...how do i know if anything is going to happen if he doesnt talk to me ****!

Well it sounds like you have put yourself out there and he is just not responding - is he with someone else maybe or maybe he is just nervous.. You could email him on myspace with your # and see what he does from there - if he doesn't do anything - I would move on..
I wouldn't say anything again until he brings it up - you have. Perhaps you should make yourself a little unavailable - guys love the chase.. I was never one for playing games but every now and then - you have to -- just a little.
He also might be stressed out - I don't know your ages but if he quit his job - something might be going on with him that you don't know about so his mind may be elsewhere.. It wouldn't be work and play cause he quit - I hate when people don't read the whole question.. grr..

My guess would have to be that if he read your message and didn't answer you, then he is most likely not interested. Do you happen to know if he is even single or not? Could be he isn't and doesn't want to mees up what he already has by answering you and leading you on possibly? And also, maybe he could sense your feelings getting stronger towards him and didn't want to hurt you by answering you back negitively? Maybe he's secretly gay? Just how well do you know him at all? My advice would be that I wouldn't hold you breathe waiting around for him because you may miss out on someone else that would be good for you. Maybe you need to not be so shy and take the chance to tell someone if you like them or you may miss out that way also. I know of times in the past where I wished I would have told certain women how I felt about them before they went and got involved with someone else or got married because I found out later that they had really liked me and wished they had known how much I liked them and things might have turned out alot different. You sometimes just have to take a chance. The worst that could happen is you find out that they don't feel the same way as you do.

It looks like he isn't interested in you. Sorry. If a guy doesn't respond quickly then it's because he is either shy or not interested....or it also could be that he just wants to be friends while perhaps you want it to be more....that could make a guy nervous as well. : )
Talking is a key to knowing how the other person feels. In the end, if the other person doesn't want to talk anymore, then it means that they're not interested.

you answered your own question with your last statement of your question...nothing is going to happen especially if he doesn't talk to you, but if he is ignoring you your better off anyway never chase a guy, I think woman are above that...there is someone out there for u....just don't waste your time on him your might miss your guy....
