You must have a handbasin at your work, take a clean t-shirt/shirt, some soap small towel and deoderant. Have a underarm wash at the sink, apply deoderant, put on clean t-shirt/shirt. Failing that, use a good deoderant before leaving home, and take that with you to work. Not a cheap one tho, sometimes they smell worse than the BO.

Depending on what you do for a living. Have a word with your H&S rep to investigate the instalation. A compact shower will only take up the same space as a toilet cubicle. Its what we did where i work and the senior management team were more than happy to oblige. Dont whatever you do just spray yourself with deoderant.

I would say to have clean clothes at work already. Take it to the bathroom and use the largest cubicle there to change. Have also washcloth, body wash, and deodorant already at your job. All this can be done if you arrive at least half hour before you start work. As far as what type of work you do...depends on if you will have clean clothes and cleaning items at work already or carry it with you on your ride...
