Just in case. I've been living at her place for three weeks and my boyfriend comes to see me at week-ends.I'm a minor and he's illegal.
My mother is likely to give me a break,because my step-father relapsed and she's got other things to worry about but my neighborhood sucks and there are some stupid concearned citizens .

Wanda, Thank you for your kind words.See,I just turned 16 and I need parental consent for just about any move I make.Which is funny because she married a loser and we paid the price.
The concerned citizens are a bunch of gossipers,but they are asking funny questions and I'm so tired.
And he wants to go home and marry me but mom won't let me.

well she could get in trouble for failure to report felony which is a class b misdemeanor 180 days county jail 2000.00 fine for statutory rape if you and your boyfriend are having sex and she knows about it; if she knows he's illegal she probably will get a federal fine unless they think she is smuggling illegals into the US but from what you say i doubt that is the situation, hope i helped

Really, it sounds like you have a broken family, and you are acting out a part of it. Don't feel that I'm accusing you of being wrong, just that when your in an environment, you can't see it. if he's more than 3 years older than you, he is a weird guy, and you really shouldn't be seeing him. I would suggest you get some support from alanon or getting "counseling" could really help to keep you on a better track, or at least the best track you can achieve. I totally understand, i had problems too, when I was younger with a no so stable family,but am Ok and making 70K a year from sticking with the right path. The right path for you may go away from your family for a couple of years,, and if you set sites on a 4 year college degree and set that as a point to follow, your won't go wrong, and you'll probably have a pretty good life. Either you do care or your sister is not willing to take the risk of getting into trouble for you and your boyfriend and she doesn't want you there. Why not do the right thing and go home to mama. She sounds like she could use your support right now. I'm not sure how much trouble your sister could get into but even a little is too much.

Well, just how minor are you and just how old/illegal is he and just how nosy are your neighbors? You have been there 3 weeks and the neighbors know all about you and your boyfriend? Are you sure about that? Why are you there and not with your parents? Emancipate yourself but boyfriend is going to have to do something about being here legally. Is he mexican? I will tell you this, most mexican men are not ones to put women first. They make their woman walk behind them and wait on them hand and foot. I swear, the only women they respect are their mothers. I think you are setting yourself up for heartache and unwanted pregnancy.

Seriously why are you aiding someone that came into our country illegally? That should be punishable by a hang nail. Come on, if he cares about you then why don't he wait until you are old enough to make your own choices. Why not become a legal and do the right thing by himself. Is he planning to forever look over his shoulders?

Though you're a minor but I'm sure you knew what you are doing...you are old enough to distinguish between right or wrong, right?...and you have to listen to those whose way more older than you as they had more experience than you are...and before you should do one thing you should know what will be the consequences of it.
