weight have you lost in a short time? please tell me. how long, how much and how? i want to lose as much as i can by thanksgiving

the most I lost in one month was 30pounds.. For a college dance... Probably not your most healthiest diet. I ate for breakfast lowfat yogurt with a spoon of no sugar fruit jam and a large spoon of dry oatmeal, with a dash of vanilla flavoring. (or wholewheat toast with low fat cheese and tomato slices). for lunch. Tuna mixed with kraft nofat mayo and some chopped tomatoes, onions. on wholewheat bread with lettuce. a glass of carrot/orange juice (no sugar).. I drank plenty of coffee/tea as I liked with artificial sweetner. sometimes for lunch I had steamed mixed vegatables with melted mozarella cheese on top with some garbanzo beans mixed in.
for dinner. steamed or baked fish or chicken breast, no skin. some steamed vegtable like brocolli, or cauliflower , with paramasan cheese sprinkled over. or a grilled cheese sandwich (grilled with only a tsp of olive oil, not butter)... I also ate apples, carrot sticks, and cucumbers inbetween for snacks and dried raisons, apricots, dates for my candy rush.. and water, water, water till you float to the bathroom... this was it for me for a month and I dropped 30pounds.. I am a lazy person and dont exersice much, so Im sure I would have lost more if I moved.. goodluck.

I lost 30 lbs in 3 months by just changing my diet. NO Fast Food!

lets see I went from 125 pounds to 105 pounds in about 2 months by taking long walks working hard at my job, I stopped drinking soda and much more water, I ate more vegtables and ate at subway like every meal (well it technically wasnt subway it was a place i worked at that was call jreck subs they started locally before subway existed in northern ny) but it was mostly just the amount of exercise I was getting, vegi's and water oh and I also took a spoonful of vinegar before every meal it helps to stop the fat from sticking

I have a diet that in 4 days you lose up to 10 lbs, it was given to me by a Doctor...email and I will give it to you....it is easy, it consists of chicken, steak, veggies, etc...
