Healthy diet in England, when did that happen???
I suppose a days healthy food would consist of:-
Porridge with sprinkling of dried fruit
2 Wholemeal rolls with salad, followed by 1 or 2 pieces of fresh fruit
A piece of steamed fish with fresh vegetables
or Chicken (skin taken off) " " " "
Plus at least 2litres water and not too much coffee or tea

Omlettes with various fillings.. ham, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes etc.
Chicken salad.
Roast beef/pork/lamb/chicken with yorksgire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, green beans, brocoli, cauliflower etc. Very British lol

breakfast; porridge oats (lots of energy and keeps you full until lunch)
lunch; chicken salad sandwich for lunch ( consisting of grilled chicken, lettuce ,tomato and whatever veg you like)
dinner; roast beef, veg and roast potatoes

um... fish, rice, veggies, fruit ,granola bars, eggs, cereal, milk, oatmeal, yogurt... mix it up and make some into meals and snacks
