Violence is an important feature of Islam.
the history of the beginning of Islam is a history of violence, betrayal and conquest.
an important dictate in Islam is "din Mohamed bisaif" which translates " the law of Mohamed is by sword".
therefore it is inevitable that Muslim preachers endorse violence against those who object to the Muslim agenda.
The rest of the world can only fight back, or accept Islam.

No muslims can not instruct other muslims to kill kafirs or infidels
as long as the kafirs will not kill muslims.But you know in Poso part of Indonesia,there are muslims 40% and christians 60%.In fact some years ago a group of Christians headed by Johannes Tibo killed muslims more than 200 people..There were many muslims killed by christians in Ambon province too where muslims are the minority.You can see and witness also in the region where there are muslims as a majority we live together in peace with other religion followers such as in Jakarta,Banten, West Java,Middle Java and East Java.

I think you got only part of the fact right. Muslims can only kill others when war is declared. Otherwise, its haram i.e. sinful!!
Recently muslims have been demonstrating protests due to oppression and th fact that Prohphet Muhammed's cartoons were published in a Danish newspaper. I think its a right of any religion to stand up if ridiculed.
Unfortunately, all other religions have no problem if people of their own community make fun / cartoons of their own gods and prophets, but Islam is different.
Maybe that's why its always pointed at.

Because nobody listens to the preachers who say to kill infidels. They are like all the other crazy religious people who stand on street corners and preach nonsense.
Governments also have other agendas, so they can't be trusted to censor what religious leaders say, otherwise they will use those powers to censor all religious leaders who criticise them, instead of religious leaders who promote violence. Even if governments could censor religious leaders, they would still let religious leaders preach violence that the government supports, like the war in Iraq, so it would end up being rather hypocritical.

Freedom of speech. They're welcome to say whatever they want to.
They're welcome to talk about killing infidels, and you're more than welcome to protest their doing so. It is not an infringement of their religious freedom for you to tell them that they are wrong, or for you to protest them. It is only a violation of their religious freedom if you try to force them to stop saying and believing the things that they do.

Allah is an enemy to unbelievers. - Sura 2:98
On unbelievers is the curse of Allah. - Sura 2:161
Slay them wherever ye find them and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution is worse than slaughter. - 2:191
Fight against them until idolatry is no more and Allah's religion reigns supreme. (different translation: ) Fight them until there is no persecution and the religion is God's entirely. - Sura 2:193 and 8:39
Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it. - 2:216
(different translation: ) Prescribed for you is fighting, though it is hateful to you.
