actually I'm not working yet but I'm a student of a nursing school and our school required us to wear a hairnet... were not complaining and we just follow the rules.. about your question yes it is necessary to wear a hairnet in work specially when your working at fast food chain or restaurant. because you look so neat if you wear a hairnet.

Don't not take a job because of a hairnet. Everyone will have them on & you won't look any different than the others. You can all look goofy together. Just kidding.

depends on the work place (this is usually requested in an environment where high hygiene is necessary e.g. in food processing industry). if you are asked to wear the hair net then yes, i recon that you should put all your hair in... better not leave any fringes out... hope i was of help :-)

if you have to wear one, you need all your hair to be in it.

not trendy fringe hair hanging out. you have to look stupid, just like everyone else that wears one.

I dont want hair in what ever it is that you are preparing.
