If she's fed up with hearing it...then don't tell her anymore. I don't think I've ever met anyone who was fed up with hearing "I LOVE YOU". I think it has a lovely ring to it.

Try "as you wish". Make sure she knows what you're really saying. It'll be a code between you, and a way of saying what she's fed up with listening to. It gives originality to the statement.

Saying I love you all the time does get old!!!! I usually try to explain my feeling to my g/f in different ways. I write poetry, send her songs, flowers, massages, stuff like that.
There are thousands of different ways to tell the one you love "I love you." Romatic verses such as, "You are my soul and my life. You are my everything. You mean the world to me. I long to hold you in my arms, my lips long for your kiss. I wish I could be there with you everyday just to hear the beating of your heart."
Romatic gestures such as a candle-lit dinner, a romatic bath, cuddling, gazing into each other's eyes, having long, deep conversations, gentle messages, stuff like that.
The possibilities are endless. I would have to say that anything you do or say should will say I love you if it is done without expecting something back in return. If your gesture is done from the heart and with the same meaning as if you said, "I love you."
Good luck.

There is no substitute for love. It is possible that if your girlfriend is fed up hearing those words you may be using them too often. Otherwise, if your use of this phrase is sincere, try this one: "Get out of my life, you selfish, cruel little....."

What.....I have heard it everyday for the last 4 years. I never get sick of it. Someday she'll pray that she hears it more, or maybe said it more. However you put it tell everyone you can that you love them, you never know when it maybe the last chance you get.

HA! I couldn't get my ex to say those three words!
To me, nothing could replace those words.
Perhaps its time you find another girl to say to.

Why not use your actions rather then words, you have probably used it so often that she feels it has no more meaning to it.

Tell her you respect her and care a lot for her! My fiance was the first to tell me that and he still tells me that it's different but very sweet and helpful to hear!
