today when i was out jogging, as i have don 4-5 times a week for the last two years, i suddenly began to feel a pain in my side. Not a dull stomach ache type pain, or a sharp cramp type of pain, but something in between. Also I began to feel unusually hot, kind of like when you wake up and you are burning up and instantly throw off the covers because its very uncomfortable. Also I felt a bit weak, but not very much so. Perhaps the strangest thing is I broke out in a rash of itchy bumps all over my body. These all began at approximately the same time, and oddly enough were almost gone thirty minutes later, competely gone an hour later. I didnt eat anything I usually dont, so I am really perplexed. And no it had nothing to do with drugs. Can you tell me what might have happened????????

nothing unusual about the humidity, plants place, time of day, animals, or anything like that. i go by this route as many as three times per day.
and no its not menopause (((im 16 and male))) and i really doubt its an extra chromosone

Was it hotter out or more humid than usual? I live in CA and some times if it is real hot out. I get similar symptoms. As long as it went away, I wouldn't worry about it. But if it happens again. You might want to have your doctor check you out.

Sounds like an allergy to something. You may of been bitten or stung by a bug and not even known it. I was stung and broke out all over my body then it was gone leaving me feeling like a major hot flash and weak. Here is some stuff I looked up. Signs and Symptoms

Red, swollen, warm lump
Hives
Itching, tenderness, pain
Sores from scratching; can become infected
Serious allergic reactions when symptoms spread (this is called anaphylaxis). These can include difficulty breathing, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, fever, muscle spasms, or loss of consciousness. Call for emergency medical help right away.
Causes

Stinging insects include bumblebees, yellow jackets, hornets, wasps, and fire and harvester ants. Biting insects include conenose bugs, mosquitoes, horseflies, deerflies, spiders, bedbugs, and black flies.
The non-emergency symptoms vary according to the type of insect and the individual. Most people have localized pain, redness, swelling, or itching. You may also feel burning, numbness, or tingling, and hotflashes.

people sometimes have bacterial or fungal colonies in their intestines. These germs are sometimes able to make a biochemical cover under which they live. If this should burst for any reason, then all the germs and their toxins are released at one time. This gives you the symptoms of a fever until your system clears it out. On the other hand the germs have just spread all over your intestine and probably will establish other 'camps'.

People who go to health food stores to do 'intestinal cleansing' usually find out about this. You could go to a Whole Foods vitamin section and ask about this kind of stuff

Some people are so alergic to poison oak/ivy that reactions occur from particle in the air. Can't walk through the woods at certain times, or sweat downwind from poison ivy.

Could be menopause. Get yourself check for an extra chromosome.

May be because of irregular bowl movement. You should pass stools before jogging. For this take 2 full glasses of water immediately on your getting up and have strolls inside the house. You will get stools and you can go for jogging. Without this it you go for jogging the bowl movement will get restricted causing gas production and pain in stomach. The the above should give relief.

If the problem persists consult your doctor immediately and act as per his advice.

did you change the route where you run? Or did something change alone the route? (new plants, flowers, pesticides, air pollutants, etc.)

It sounds like an allergy, so I would definitly try running elsewhere until you figure out what it is for sure and can get meds to help out.

BUT, i am not a doctor... so be sure to check with someone who is. (i do have a lot of experience, but that definitly doesnt make me an expert)

Maybe it was where you were jogging. The air could have very much affected it. It also could have been any plants or animals that you might have pasted by. I think what you are experiencing is an allergic reaction. You might want to get it checked out just in case.
