My sister is 18 now, but when she was about 5 she kept complaining about her ear hurting. My mom finally took her to the doctor. The doctor looked in her ear and said it was blocked by something. She began to dig around with a long qtip. My sister had yellow playdo(spelling?) in her ear and not just a little bit. She had a huge wad of it stuck in her ear. When my mom asked her how it got there, she said she had no idea. To this day she is clueless as to how the playdo got in her ear. My daughter on the otherhand likes to stick things up her nose. She is 5 and the other day she had about 4 rice crispies up her nose.

When I was a pre-schooler I rolled up a piece of paper into a tiny ball and stuck it up my nose. I can remember it like it was yesterday and it was over 55 years ago. My mother said there was a little blood on the pillow each morning so she took me to the doctor and he fished it out with a long tweezers.

When I was about 5 I stuck a green bean up my nose. Fortunately, I was able to get it out without going to the dr. However, my little boy recently put a popcorn kernel in his ear.....that was an expensive trip to the ER. When I asked him why he did it....he said, 'Mom, I thought it would just roll right out."

When I was 3 years old I stuck 4 little rocks up my nose. I still have them to this day in a little baggy in my baby book-hehe. My Mom was so mad that she threatened me that the doctor was gonna cut off my nose and I cried so hard that they came out with my snot. When I heard this story I thought how mean of my Mom to threaten me like that and then she told me that back then it was so expensive to go to the doctor and she knew I would cry like a baby if I heard about going to the doctor and she figured it would probably come out in my snot and sure enough. Smart Mom.

When I was a kid I stuck a bead up my nose and had to go to the emergency room to have it removed. When my son was 2 years old, he stuck a crayon up his nose.

I snorted up a bunch of peas when I was three and I'm certain I've lodged something in my ear around the same age. I think probably yes, everyone tries it at some point

Yeah, in my wedding ceremony day, after the ceremony I had a grain of rice (of those who the visitors were throwing to us) stuck in my left ear and, till we settle for each of the visitors' needs and commence getting waiting for the photos, i did not have the risk to take it out of there! It develop right into a real torture!

I haven't but when my daughter was around 4, she stuck 5 popcorn kernels up one nostril and 3 up her other. That wasn't fun. The very next day, she did it again except she didn't use as many. Took me days to find where she was getting them. When we had popcorn the first day she did it, she stole the kernels and hid them in her barbie car.
