I have 2 young kids and would like to lose the baby weight!! Before i had kids i was 75kgs...
Im now closer to 95kgs... I miss my old clothes!! hehe
Has anyone else done thise before!? What did u do!?

losing weight is a life change, not a quick results scheme. do everything in the gym that you feel like doing, and have fun with it. take your kids with you to mcdonalds and then turn on them really fast and point to your baby fat and say in a full metal jacket drill sargeant sort of way "YOU DID THIS TO ME!!! LOOK AT THIS!!! BY GOD I WILL HAVE MY VENGEANCE!!!! VEEEEEENGEEEEAAAAANCE!!!!!"

A couple of years ago I lost 20 pounds in one week...I did that by going to the gym everyday, and I ran on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes at I think 3.5 miles per hour. I ended up gaining it back the next week though.

Eat tons of fruit and veggies however lay low at the carbs and saturated fats. Also do not starve your self and do not pass foods it make you hungrier after which you'll consume extra the following meal you will have. Only have three foods and do not snack. whilst you're at paintings check out lifting weights throughout spare time like the ones 3lb one and put on ankle weights to. whilst you get dwelling placed on a television exhibit and do just squats and lunges they're convenient and speedy matters with a purpose to support alot.

yes! i'd seek the advice of a trainer. even if its just a session or two. you will get great advice on how to work out. and it will get you started and motivated. you will want to combine cardio (treadmill, stair climber, bike) with weights to lose weight the fastest. i found that the trainer really helped a lot because i felt lost in the gym.

Try a personal trainer, and don't eat out much, if you do eat out go to a more healthy place like Subway or Red Rooster. And when you're just watching TV or talking on the phone make sure you're moving.

eating a healthy diet (portion sizes and less crappy ingredients like HFCs and hydrogenated oils/transfats) and regular exercise... be sure to consult with a doctor before hand, just as a safety precaution.

remember that its a slow process... while you may see rapid weight loss at first then plateau, don't be discouraged. just change the routine of your exercises..
