Everytime i time i restart my computer, i cant play music anymore unless i reinstall the sound driver and i lost some stuff i did previously. How do i fix it???

It seems like you caught a virus. What anti-virus software do you use? When did you make a last upgrade of you antivirus software?
Try to upgrade your antivirus database.

Seems to me that there's a conflict between the "restart" process of your windows, and your audio driver. You can try either finding a better (newer) Driver for your Audio card (i think you'll find it available on the net), or you may try to re-install windows (I'm sure you can do it, you don't need to format and install windows again, just install windows over the already existing one, this way you won't lose any file, driver, or software already installed).

It seems a virus issue. Try to fully scan your PC using a good anti-virus software.
