I've cried of a broken heart, but it didn't help at all. I only felt foolish when I got over it. Don't make a scene if you're hurting, but if the tears really do start welling up, letting go of them in private could be a good stress reliever.

can you keep a secret? Yes I have cried from a sore heart when my girlfriend & I had to break up while we were still in love. I cant say it helped me because we still loved each other afterwards but still couldnt be together & I still cant get over her fully.

Of course. Cried my eyes out. Helps, because as time goes by, it happens less and less.

Yes, I have, many, many times. And yes, it did help. I always say that you should have a good cry, eat a pint of your favorite ice cream, and watch a bunch of chick flicks with your closest girlfriend.

DEFINITELY!

as to what helps...
spend time with friends and family. they are always there for you and they can always cheer you up.
try not to spend too much time by yourself because then you will think about it.

Find someone you're very close to and cry on their shoulders. Crying alone is unhealthy
