This sounds too easy to be good, but it really is.

Wash boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders. Place in crockpot. Cover with bottled BBQ sauce (use your favorite), just make sure it covers the chicken well. Then let it cook several hours or most of the day. It's really great.

Super easy and good.

I use the most inexpensive cut of beef I can find. Cut into smaller portions if need be. Add Cream of Mushroom soup and fresh mushrooms. Occasionally, I add some sliced onion too.
Let cook 8 to 10 hours on low.

Personally, I like to have extra gravy, so I tend to use 2 large family size cans of the soup. I don't dilute it at all. The mushrooms and the steam from the slow cooker add enough extra liquid to it. Cook up some noodles or rice and there is dinner.

You can do the same recipe with boneless skinless chicken too.

Enjoy all the new recipes you get. I absolutely love my slow cooker and use it at least twice a week.

well here is my best, it is beef stew. pretty basic and easy.

I get cubed beef I fry that in a pan until it is pretty well cooked, I then put that into the crock pot, I add sliced potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, corn and salt and pepper, I add just enough water to almost come to the top I put the crock on Hight for about 6 hours and it tastes REALLY good, my family loves it.
I actually just got back from the grocery store because we are having it tomorrow =)
